भारत सरकारराष्ट्रीय वृद्धजन पर के रूप में 1999 के रूप में जल्दी नीति सभी को कवर करने की घोषणापहलुओं के लिए खाते में वृद्धजनों के कल्याण के लिए लिया जाना अपेक्षित है.
नीति सम्मानित नागरिकों को मजबूत बनाने की आवश्यकता के रूप में वृद्धजनों की घोषणाउनकी सोसायटी में वैध जगह और सभी कार्यों को लेने के लिए उन्हें मददप्रयोजन डिग्निटी, और शांति के साथ अपने जीवन के अंतिम चरण में जीने के लिए. नीति(68 पैरा) में वरीयताओं के साथ यात्रा के सभी साधनों में किराया रियायतें प्रदान करता हैसार्वजनिक परिवहन में सीटों का आरक्षण. हम दोनों के लिए रेल आभारी हैंगैर पीक घंटे के दौरान उपनगरीय रेल में वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए सीटें निर्धारित है.जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, नॉन पीक घंटे में भी वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए मुश्किल है,जो कमजोर और चिकित्सकीय प्रमाणित विकलांगता से विकलांग और अधिक हैं, के कारणउम्र कारक, भीड़ ट्रेनों में प्रवेश करने और इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाने के. दृश्य में12/15 डिब्बों और 4 लाइनों के बीच के साथ अधिक गाड़ियों की और इस दृश्य मेंबोरिवली - विरार धारा, हम आप अपने एक छोटे से बड़ों को प्रदान करने के लिए अनुरोधविकलांगों के लिए की तरह डिब्बे और भी उन देवियों के द्वारा यात्रा करने की अनुमतिएक कोच के एक तरफ निर्धारित करने के लिए उन्हें दर्ज करें और तक पहुँचने में सक्षम द्वारा विशेषडॉक्टरों / रोग केन्द्र है, जो आम तौर पर सुबह घंटे में उपलब्ध हैं.हम भी आप सभी प्रथम श्रेणी में कुछ सीटों दाग़ना करने का अनुरोध करेंगेडिब्बों.


2. अन्य पैरा 9.2 के अनुसारपृष्ठ 39 सी यात्रियों में पश्चिमी जोन टाइम टेबल्स में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारीटिकट के माध्यम से यात्रा की कुछ टर्मिनलों और इच्छुक के लिए पकड़ेउन टर्मिनलों की कमी उपनगरीय स्टेशनों के लिए लोकल ट्रेनों की अनुमति दी हैंलोकल ट्रेन द्वारा अपने टिकट में दिखाया गया गंतव्य के लिए यात्रा. यह सुविधाडाउन गाड़ियों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है. जैसे किसी भी स्टेशन पर जाने इच्छा यात्रियोंबोरिवली के बीच विरार या मुंबई सेंट्रल के बीच चर्चगेट इसी तरह औरसेंट्रल पर रेलवे भारी सामान के साथ उपनगरीय बुकिंग कार्यालय जाने के लिए और हैएक टिकट खरीद. वरिष्ठ नागरिकों सहित सभी यात्रियों को इस पाते हैं बहुतऔर गैर उपलब्धता की भीड़ प्लेटफार्मों की वजह से मुश्किल और उत्पीड़नकुली की. रेल जनोपयोगी चिंताएं हैं और विभिन्न उदारीकृत`यात्रियों की सुविधा और अन्य के लिए नियम. जैसे सभी बाहर निकलें गेट्स हैंमानवरहित रखा और यात्रियों को स्वतंत्र रूप से बाहर निकलें करने के लिए अनुमति दी जाती है.ऐसे करने के लिए तुलनाउदारीकरण, यह बहुत पुराना नियम है, जो अनुचित उत्पीड़न पैदा कर रहा हैयात्रियों कृपया संशोधित किया जा सकता है. मुंबई के अंतिम स्टेशन चाहिए के लिए टिकटयात्रियों को एक घंटे के मौजूदा प्रतिबंध के भीतर एक बार यात्रा करने की अनुमतिउपनगरीय ट्रेनों के बिना किसी भी स्टेशन इतना के रूप में वर्तमान में परेशान किया जा रहा है.यह तो कृपया सभी और अगर संभव नहीं के लिए सहानुभूतिपूर्वक माना जा सकता है,अपने बड़ों के लिए कम से कम उनके दुरुपयोग से बचने के लिए.

GENERATION GAP, even wearing of dresses etc were cause of  hot discussions between young and old generation It was a  a usual feature at any family meet. But there was no love lost, both of them were making adjustments.

Now in 21^st century this association is breaking. Generation gap has taken a very ugly turn, with abandonment of filial responsibility; nuclear family is increasingly the norm. 

            In the last century new wave of thinking started all over the world.New conceptions about education, Culture, religion are emerging  
New generations  are beginning to forget their obligations, toward parents

  Is modernization the culprit?
Old parents are wooing to tell their grievances in public& to the govt. So many cases of neglect, harassment, violence, and even eviction from their homes are coming inlight

Are the sacrosanct roles that the old and the young once played in society, have lost? Is something drastically changing in our world.? This century has came with new things, TV adds, serial internet all are inflaming greed., Modern men and women are carried away by corporate capitalist’s formula of– make money and enjoy luxurious life, means are immaterial !.If you have small flat a craze is created for bigger one .Ordinary TV. is not enough , plasma TV is new need. This reminds Leo  Tolstoy’s story of a greedy Russian farmer Pahom,----- When millions are dying for want of food .and medicine

           It seems that this family problem is one of the effects of fast modernizing nation, where so many families have moved from congested challis to vast blocks of apartment buildings and from poverty to affluence. Does this make them to forget? Filial relations and utter neglect of their own parents? Now if young people are beginning to forget their obligations to their parents, The Government should remind them. Laws must be passed with strict enforcement.. Sr.Citizens movement should be strengthened to pressurize the govt.
